Completed a 2 year Information Technology (PC & Network Support) diploma course at Maitland TAFE during 1998 – 2000

Over 6 months full time work as a Hardware Technician at MMD Computers Wholesale P/L in Cardiff during 2002. Duties included hardware and software fault diagnosis, building new customied systems, customer wholesale inquiries, sales and reception including deliveries

1 year working full time with AABrothers P/L from 2001 - 2002. Duties performed unsupervised: maintenance of the AABrothers website and price list database, customer sales and inquiries via phone and in person, dealing with wholesalers, hardware and software fault diagnosis, building new customised systems and the repairs of older systems and their hardware.
